How should I store my beer once it arrives?

To maintain maximum freshness and flavor profile, we recommend storing all One Drop beers upright in a cool, dark place, preferably a refrigerator at 2-4°C.

Where do you ship to and how long does it take?

We ship nationwide across Australia. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, with standard delivery taking 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Is an ID required to receive my order?

Yes. In accordance with Australian liquor laws, someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign for the delivery and provide valid photo identification.

What happens if my cans are damaged during transit?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team within 24 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Are your beers vegan-friendly?

Most of our core range and limited releases are vegan-friendly. However, some specialty brews like milk stouts or sours may contain lactose; please check the specific product description for allergen details.

Can I click and collect my order from the brewery?

Absolutely. Select the 'Pick Up' option at checkout and your order will be ready for collection at our Botany taproom during regular trading hours.
